1. We request you to guarantee your reservation by providing credit card details. Companies with credit facility can guarantee their reservation by sending a billing letter duly signed by an authorized person.
2. The hotel reserves the right to cancel / release non-guaranteed reservations 72 Hours prior to the date of arrival.
3.The hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s room rate on the credit card given for guarantee purpose unless the reservation is guaranteed by a company letter or an advance deposit.
4. All Guaranteed room reservations not cancelled 72 Hours prior to arrival would attract full a retention charge equivalent to 50 % of the total package.
5. We do not accept personal cheques.
6.Children below 6 years of age sharing the same bed will be complimentary. Children above 6 years of age or third person will be charged as applicable per person per night.
7.Any change in the reservation may attract additional charges.
8.Non-residential/ visitors guests need to furnish valid ID Proof while visiting residential guests & visitors are not allowed into the guest rooms after 20:00 hrs.
9.As per Government of India norms, you are requested to carry a valid photo-ID which features your address and present it at the time of Check-In.
On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show refund back on your credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cassia Resorts and/ or its associate entities, their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the website/app material or your breach of these terms and conditions of website/app use.
